Earned Bravery: Getting Back Up

The story of how life knocked me down to the lowest of lows and I still got back up. I have spent years fighting for my life and this is the story of how I clawed back from the darkness. From childhood trauma to suicidal postpartum depression, life has handed me so many turns and I have refused to let it take me down. The bravery I have earned in this life is knowing I am terrified and continuing anyway.
